1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At shryxellvun, we take pride in the quality of our gift wrapping services. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind our work with our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our gift wrapping services, we will make it right.

2. Service Quality Issues

If you believe there are quality issues with the gift wrapping services provided, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your wrapped items. We will ask you to provide photographic evidence of the issue to help us understand and address your concerns.

Quality issues may include, but are not limited to:

  • Damaged or torn wrapping paper
  • Loose or untied ribbons
  • Missing elements that were included in your package selection
  • Significant deviation from the style or design agreed upon

3. Remedies for Service Issues

In the event of a verified quality issue, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  1. Re-wrapping Service: We will re-wrap your gift at no additional charge if the original wrapping is returned to us in its current condition.
  2. Partial Refund: If re-wrapping is not feasible or desired, we may offer a partial refund based on the nature and extent of the issue.
  3. Credit for Future Services: We may offer a credit toward future gift wrapping services in an amount appropriate to the issue experienced.

The appropriate remedy will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances and nature of the issue.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Standard Orders

For standard gift wrapping orders:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Once we have begun the gift wrapping process, orders cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

4.2 Custom and Bulk Orders

For custom designs or bulk orders:

  • Cancellations made before we have purchased materials for your order will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • If materials have been purchased but wrapping has not begun, a refund minus the cost of materials and a 10% administrative fee will be provided.
  • Once the wrapping process has begun, custom and bulk orders cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

5. Changes to Orders

We understand that circumstances may change. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Changes requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date can usually be accommodated without additional charges.
  • Changes requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the changes.
  • Once the gift wrapping process has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur significant additional charges.

6. Return of Wrapped Items

Due to the custom nature of gift wrapping services, we generally do not accept returns of properly wrapped items simply because of a change of mind or preferences. However, we encourage you to contact us with any concerns, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

7. Damage During Delivery

If you have opted for delivery of your wrapped items and they are damaged during transit:

  • Document the damage with photographs immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged items.
  • We will work with our delivery partners to address the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include re-wrapping, refund, or credit.

Please note that we are not responsible for damage that occurs after the items have been delivered to the specified delivery address.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
